No Experience Needed - No Entrance Program
$10 per class or $75 for unlimited monthly classes. You must register for each class as they fill up quickly.
GDFit30 is an alternative to our traditional CrossFit training. We leave the complex movements and heavy barbells out of this class. It focuses on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) movements. It is a fast pace class designed to keep you moving at high intensity. For those who are just starting an exercise program this is a great way to learn some fundamental movements and develop solid skills that will transition to our regular CrossFit workouts if you choose.
