As of Friday June 12th we will re-open!

Classes will run on our regular schedule.  We are also continuing our Zoom sessions that coincide with our regular scheduled classes.  The Zoom session will allow a coach to guide our in house class along with our athletes who would still like to train in the comfort of their home.

While we have been given the green light to re-open there are a few things that we will need to be aware of and new protocol to follow. One is signing into Mindbody to reserve your spot in our class.  Our space is limited in the gym and we need to limit our class size.  Signing into reserving your class time is recommended.  The second thing to be aware of our new layout and flow for the gym.  Attached is our new floor plan that shows workout areas, entrance & exit doors, & hand sanitizer stations.

In order for us to be in compliance we will need everyone's participation. Sign up for a class and let's get fit!

Dog Days Challenge

The Dog Days of Summer runs from August 1–28 and features a different total distance goal each week.


Complete each of the following four distance goals during the timeframes indicated and log them in your online logbook:

  • Week 1, Aug. 1–7: 10,000 meters

  • Week 2, Aug. 8–14: 20,000 meters

  • Week 3, Aug. 15–21: 30,000 meters

  • Week 4, Aug. 22–28: 40,000 meters

The distance goals do not have to be done in one sitting, but must be done during the timeframe indicated. By the end of the challenge, you will have accumulated 100,000 meters.


Gnardog Crossfit is commited to the health and fitness of our members.  Due to the Covid-19 guidlines many gyms have closed their doors and people have found themselves without an outlet or way to continue their fitness.  Although we have closed our physical gym doors we have opened up virtual (online) classes that are led by our coaches.  These classes are open to any of our current members and provide a way for you to stay fit while being at home.  If you have found yourself without an outlet, motivation, or guidance for fitness we are still accepting new memberships.
